Catalog and pricing, structured
Define a product once with its price and it becomes a line item anywhere money is written down.
Define a product once with its price and it becomes a line item anywhere money is written down: a deal, an order form, a purchase order, an invoice. Change the price and new documents pick it up.
A product
- Name, description, SKU, price, currency, billing cycle.
- Categories, so a quote groups seats separately from services.
- Active or retired. A retired product stays on old documents and leaves the picker.
Where products go
- Deals
- Add line items with quantities. The amount rolls up.
- Order forms and POs
- The same lines, on a document a customer signs.
- Invoices
- Generated from the signed contract, so billing matches what was sold.
- Reports
- Revenue by product, and MRR by product once Stripe is connected.
Around products
The parts of the workspace this one works with.
Orders and invoices
Order forms, purchase orders and invoices with product line items, signers, and a send that tracks opens.
An order form is a contract with money on it. Line items from the catalog, quantities, a total, and signers. Once it is signed, the invoice is one click, and it says exactly what the order form said.
Deals and the pipeline
Stages you define, a board you drag, and a record that already knows when it last heard from them.
A deal carries the people and the company on it, so the board is not a separate thing you reconcile with reality. It is the same records, arranged by stage. And because every conversation attaches itself, the deal knows when it last heard from them without anyone updating a field.
Questions
Can a deal have a custom price?+
Yes. A line item can override the list price and note a discount.
Can I quote without a signature?+
Yes. Send an order form as a quote and add signers when they are ready.
Currencies?+
Per document, defaulting to the deal’s.
Can I forecast?+
The strip totals each stage, and the Pipeline report shows values, conversion and expected close by month.
What closes a deal?+
Moving it to a closed stage. Closed Won can trigger a workflow: create the customer, send the onboarding plan, notify the channel.
Can the assistant move stages?+
Yes, and it can do it from the brief: a suggested stage change is one tap.
