Art.
A tribute to Arc from The Browser Company. RIP.
Free, no account. Macs with Apple silicon. iPhone app coming soon.
Space for each part of you.
Work, home and the thing you build at night each get their own colour, pinned tabs and profile. Logins stay where they belong.
Click the dots at the bottom of the sidebar.
Tabs that tidy themselves.
Tabs live in a sidebar, not a strip along the top. Keep what you return to in Favorites and folders. The rest archives itself, so the list stays short.
Drag a tab into the folder, or open and close the folder.
Two pages, one view.
Put up to four tabs side by side. They stay together in the sidebar as one row.
Drag the gap between the pages.
Just a glimpse.
Open a link in a card over the page you’re on. When you’re done it goes back where it came from, and you never lost your place.
Click a link in the article. Click outside the card to put it away.
Type where you want to go.
One bar for your tabs, your history and the web. It finds the tab you already have open before it opens another.
Type something. Press Return.
Make it yours.
Every space gets its own colours, gradient and grain. Your browser changes as you move between the parts of your day.
Drag the colour on the pad, or pick a swatch.
Change any site.
Recolour a page, swap its font, change its size or zap the parts you don’t want. Your changes come back every time you visit.
Drag the colour on the pad, or pick a font.
Little Art.
Links from other apps open in a small window of their own. Read it and close it, or send it to a space if it turns out to matter.
This one is the whole window, at the size it opens.
Your sidebar, in your pocket.
Art for iPhone carries your spaces and tabs with you. They sync between your devices, encrypted with a key you pair with a code, so the sync server only ever holds what it can’t read.
Start something on one device and pick it up on the other with Handoff. Coming soon to the App Store.
