Everything vs Attio

Attio is a flexible database you build a system of record on. Everything is the system of action that already does the selling work.

The short version

Attio is a beautiful database. You define the objects, the attributes and the views, and you get a record system that fits your company exactly. The selling itself mostly happens in other tools that sync into it.

Everything starts from the other end. The inbox, the dialer, the meetings, the sequences, the contracts and the invoices are the product. The records are what those leave behind.

So the question is which one you want to spend the day in. If you want a system of record to design, Attio. If you want the tools that produce the record, Everything.

One more thing worth saying early. Attio out-markets us by a wide margin. Bigger team, bigger budget, more of the internet talking about them. Judge the products.

Where the two came from

Attio

Attio started in 2017 as a fundraising tool for VCs and relaunched in 2023 as a flexible, data-model-first CRM. It is the modern default for teams that want to shape their own objects and attributes, and in 2026 it has added sequences, call intelligence and agents on top. It is well funded, well marketed, and has a large integration ecosystem.

Everything

Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.

Records and the data model

Attio
Custom objects, attributes, relationships and views. Records fill in from email and calendar metadata. Enrichment credits per seat. Up to 3 objects on Free, 5 on Plus, 12 on Pro.
Everything
People, companies, deals, customers, products and partners, with custom fields, tabs and cards on any of them. Records fill in from every channel, not just email: LinkedIn threads, WhatsApp, texts, calls, meetings, tickets, documents and website visits attach themselves.
Attio

Verdict. Attio wins on modelling. If you need a bespoke relational database, it is the better database.

A person in Everything
Every channel with them on one page, with the tabs as the history.

Channels

Attio
Gmail and Outlook sync, calendar, Slack, and 50+ integrations. LinkedIn, WhatsApp and texting are not native channels; they arrive through third-party tools if at all.
Everything
Email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit, Slack and website chat in one inbox. A reply goes back out on the channel it came in on. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session, never a server.
Everything

Verdict. Everything. A record system that is missing half your conversations is not a system of record.

The channel lanes
One inbox. Filter by channel or read them all in order.

Outreach

Attio
Email sequences on the Pro plan and up. LinkedIn steps are not native.
Everything
Sequences with email, LinkedIn connect, message and InMail, WhatsApp, texts, X, Reddit and call steps, with delays, conditions, A/B variants and per-person personalization. Prospect search on LinkedIn from inside the app.
Everything

Verdict. Everything. Multichannel is the default, not an integration.

Each card is a step. Click one to see what it sends and when.

Calls and meetings

Attio
Call intelligence records and analyses meetings on the Pro plan. There is no dialer.
Everything
A browser dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and structured call reports. Meetings recorded by the desktop app become a transcript, a summary and action items on the deal. Booking links included.
Everything

Verdict. Everything, because of the dialer. On meeting recording the two are close.

Calls
Overview, Dialer, Call History, Phone Numbers.

After the yes

Attio
Attio stops at the deal. Contracts, invoices, support and onboarding plans live in other products that sync back.
Everything
Contracts with e-signature, order forms and invoices from the signed contract, a helpdesk with SLA clocks, shared customer plans, docs, and Stripe billing health on every customer.
Everything

Verdict. Everything. This is the part of the stack Attio is not trying to replace.

Contracts
Send, sign and track, then generate the invoice.

AI and agents

Attio
Agents for research, enrichment and qualification, workflows, and an MCP server. Strong, and the ecosystem around it is the biggest in the field.
Everything
Claude wired into the workspace. It reads every channel, meeting and document and acts: sends, schedules, enrolls, builds sequences and workflows, runs reports. Skills, routines, an MCP server, and a daily brief written from real conversations. The desktop app runs it locally.
Even

Verdict. Even. Attio has the broader agent ecosystem. Everything gives its agent more of the conversation to work with.

The daily brief
Written from real conversations across every channel, not from field edits.

Pricing

Attio
Free for up to 3 seats. Plus $35 a user a month annual or $44 monthly. Pro $79 annual or $99 monthly, which is where sequences, call intelligence and advanced reporting start. Enterprise is custom. Enrichment is credits per seat.
Everything
One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with every feature. A $1 a week trial up to four weeks.
Attio

Verdict. Attio to start. Its free tier is real. At the Pro tier the prices meet, and Everything replaces more tools at that price.

Where Attio is better

  • A bespoke relational data model. Custom objects and attributes shaped exactly to your company.
  • A free plan for up to three seats that is genuinely usable.
  • Ecosystem: 50+ native integrations, an SDK, a large community, and a brand people already know.
  • An existing stack you like. If Apollo, Gong and DocuSign are staying, Attio syncs with them well.
  • Enterprise controls at the top tier: SSO, audit, unlimited teams.

Where Everything is better

  • Every channel in one inbox, including LinkedIn, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit.
  • A dialer, a meeting recorder, contracts, invoices, tickets and docs in the same product, on the same records.
  • Sequences that span every channel, with per-person personalization.
  • The daily brief and an assistant that has the whole conversation in front of it.
  • One price for everything. No tier ladder to climb for sequences or reporting.

Questions

Is Everything a CRM?+

It holds the records a CRM holds, and it does the work a CRM does not: the inbox, the calls, the meetings, the outreach, the paperwork and the money. We do not call it one.

Can I move from Attio?+

Export people, companies and deals to CSV and import them. Columns map to fields, including custom ones. Email and calendar history rebuild from the connected mailbox.

Does Everything have custom objects?+

No. It has custom fields, custom tabs and custom cards on people, companies and deals, which covers most of what teams use custom objects for. If you need a bespoke relational model, Attio is the better fit.

Which is cheaper?+

Attio, if a free or Plus seat covers you. At Pro the list prices meet. If you are also paying for an outreach tool, a dialer, a recorder and a signing tool, Everything is cheaper than the stack.

Does Everything integrate with Attio?+

Not directly. It is built to replace it, and the stack around it.
