Website chat

Live chat, wired into the inbox

Visitor conversations land in the Inbox in real time. Identified visitors link to their record.

Website chat

Visitor conversations land in the Inbox in real time, on a lane of their own. A visitor who shares an email links to their person record, so the chat sits on the same page as everything else you know about them. Turn on ticket creation and nothing is dropped after hours.

For the visitor

  • A bubble in the corner of your site, in your colours, with your welcome line.
  • Online during working hours. Outside them, an offline message and a promise to reply.
  • A booking calendar offered from inside the chat, with your real free time.
  • Their conversation continues across pages and visits.

The parts of the workspace this one works with.

Website chat setup

The widget, its look, its hours, and where the conversation goes.

The chat widget lands visitor conversations in your Inbox in real time. This tab is the widget itself: what it looks like, when it is online, and who answers.

Tickets

A shared helpdesk. Tickets from chat, from email, or by hand, with stages, priorities, and categories that carry SLA clocks.

Support inside the workspace, so a ticket sits on the customer it came from, beside the deal, the contract and the conversations. Tickets come in from chat, from a mailbox, or by hand, and each one runs on a clock.

The queue

Website visitors

Who is on your site, what they viewed, and the moment a visitor becomes a person you already know.

Install the snippet and the page fills with who is on your site and what they looked at. The interesting moment is when an anonymous visitor becomes a person you already know, and every past session attaches to their record.

Questions

Can the assistant answer first?+

A routing rule can hand the first reply to the assistant with a skill, and a human takes over when it hands off.

Does it work with our existing chat tool?+

It replaces it. One widget, one inbox.

Can visitors book a meeting from the chat?+

Yes. Attach a meeting type under Channels and routing and the widget offers your real free time.

Does it work on any site?+

Any page that can load a script tag. Webflow, Framer, WordPress, Next.js, all fine.

Can customers see their tickets?+

They see the replies on the channel they wrote on. There is no portal to log in to.

Can a ticket become a deal?+

A request for more seats is a deal. Create it from the ticket and the two stay linked.

Does it identify people by IP?+

It resolves companies from the network when possible. People are identified only by something they did: a form, a chat, a link, a sign-in.

Where does the data live?+

In your workspace, on the records. Nothing is sold or shared.

Try website chat on your own data

Connect your email, then open a person. Most of the product shows up on that one page once the mail is in.
