People
Live profiles
Every person is a live mirror of their LinkedIn profile. It updates itself every time you visit.
The person page is where most of the product meets. Open it before a call and everything you need is already there: who they are, what was said, what is owed, and what the agent has read into it.
The header
Name, title, company, status, and the actions you take most: message on any channel, find a number, enrich, open their tasks, mark as a target. A chat with them can dock in the header on a wide screen, so the thread is beside the record.
Live from LinkedIn
With the extension connected, the profile mirrors their LinkedIn and re-checks it on each visit. A new title, a new company, a new photo: the record updates itself. A job change is caught the day it shows, and the old work email is treated as dead.
The tabs
- Overview
- The Brief, Catch me up, Research, and the cards your workspace added.
- Conversations
- Every channel with them in one feed. Reply from any of them.
- Interactions
- Every touch, in order: emails, calls, meetings, messages, tasks.
- Calls, Recordings, Meetings
- With transcripts and summaries.
- Tasks and Sequences
- What is due about them, and which sequences they are in and at which step.
- Social and Website
- Their posts with a chat docked beside them. Their visits to your site.
Channels
Every way you can reach them is on the page: email addresses, phones, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, X, Reddit. Each one shows which are verified, which bounced, and which they last replied on.
Properties
The built-in fields and the custom ones, inline and editable. Change a status here and the list, the filters and the workflows see it.
Around people
The parts of the workspace this one works with.
People, companies and deals
The workspace memory of who you know and what you are selling them, with every conversation attached.
A record is not a row you keep up to date by hand. Email, texts, LinkedIn threads, meetings, tickets, documents and website visits attach themselves to the person and company they belong to, so the page reads as a history. The list pages are how you find your way to one.
The Brief
A short read of your history with a person, a company or a deal. Written by the agent, kept as bullets, with a history.
Before a call, you want to know where things stand without reading forty threads. The Brief is that: roles, threads, paperwork, where it is going. It sits at the top of the Overview tab on every person, company and deal.
Catch me up
Where you left off, what they are waiting on, what the open task is for, and the next step.
The Brief is the history. Catch me up is this week. It answers four questions and nothing else: what did I last say, what are they waiting on, what is the open task about, what happens next.
Research
What is known about them from outside your workspace. Company, role, what they post about. Editable, and yours to keep.
The Brief is your history with them. Research is their history without you: the company, the role, what they have said in public that matters to your pitch. Generated by the agent, kept as text you can edit.
Product usage on a record
See what a person and their company actually do in your product, on the page where you are about to call them.
A record now shows what the person and their company have actually been doing in your product, next to the conversations you have had with them. A trial that has not logged in and a trial that is in there daily are two different emails.
Duplicates
Found after enrichment, merged without losing anything, and never across another workspace.
The same person arrives twice: once from the extension, once from a CSV, once from a form. After enrichment the workspace notices, and merges the pair keeping every thread, note and field from both.
Questions
Can two people share a page?+
No. Duplicates are found after enrichment and merged, keeping everything from both.
Who can see a person?+
Whoever the permission profile allows. View people: all is the usual setting for a team that sells together.
Can I pin one?+
Yes. A pinned person lives in the sidebar with their avatar and opens where you left off.
How do records get created?+
From the extension on LinkedIn, from a CSV import, from a form, from an email or meeting with someone new, from the assistant, or by hand.
Can I hide columns for the whole team?+
Column layouts are per person. A shared saved view carries its own column set, which is the way to give the team one layout.
Is there an API?+
Everything is an MCP server, and the assistant can import, export and edit in bulk. Ask it for the CSV.
Can I turn it off for a record?+
Collapse the card. It stops refreshing until you open it again.
Who sees the same brief?+
Everyone with access to the record. It is written from the workspace’s history, not one person’s.
Why is it empty on a new record?+
Nothing has happened yet. It appears after the first conversation.
Can I ask for it in chat?+
Catch me up on Lana in the assistant gives the same four answers.
Where does it look?+
LinkedIn through your session, the company site, and the open web.
Does it refresh?+
On request, or when a skill or routine asks for it. It is not rewritten behind your back.
Only PostHog?+
For now. It is the source most small teams already have.
Does this need the tracking snippet?+
No. Website tracking is your marketing site. Product usage is your app, through PostHog.
Can a merge be undone?+
Member activity records what was merged. Ask support if a merge was wrong; the source data is kept.
Across workspaces?+
Never. A workspace’s records are its own.
Try people on your own data
Connect your email, then open a person. Most of the product shows up on that one page once the mail is in.
More in Records
People, companies, deals and customers, with every conversation attached.
The people, their roles, the deals, the paperwork, the conversations, and who is hiring for what.
Stages you define, a board you drag, and a deal that already knows when it last heard from them.
MRR, subscriptions, past-due state and payment history from Stripe, next to the conversations.
A name and a company is enough. Verification checks deliverability instead of guessing a pattern.
Typed fields, whole tabs, cards, tags, statuses and personas. They filter, they merge into mail, they show in lists.
Watch it run
Press play. This is the real page, on sample data.
The whole career, on record
Everything keeps every past role and school, not just the current title. So the history is searchable: find everyone who used to work somewhere, and catch them the moment they move.
