Everything vs lemlist
lemlist is an outreach engine you bolt onto a CRM. Everything is the outreach and the record in one product.
The short version
lemlist is an outreach tool. A good one. Sequences across email, LinkedIn and calls, a big lead database, and a lot of tooling around deliverability.
But it is not where your customers live. The deal, the meeting, the contract and the support ticket happen somewhere else, and the CRM you sync it into is a third thing.
Everything is the outreach and the place it lands. The sequence, the reply, the call, the meeting, the contract and the invoice are on one record, and the daily brief reads all of it.
One difference in philosophy. lemlist sells warm-up and inbox rotation. We think that if you send good emails to the right people from your real domain, you do not need them.
Where the two came from
lemlist
lemlist started as a cold email tool with personalised images and grew into a multichannel outreach platform: email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp as an add-on, a dialer, a 650M lead database, and a deliverability hub with warm-up. It is an outreach product first. Deals and records are thin, and it expects to sync into a CRM.
Everything
Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.
Sequences
- lemlist
- Email, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp add-on and calls as steps, with conditions and A/B tests. LinkedIn steps run through lemlist’s own automation.
- Everything
- Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit and calls as steps, with branches, conditions, A/B variants, merge fields from any custom field and per-person personalization of a single step. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session.
Verdict. Even on breadth. Everything for per-person copy and for LinkedIn running as you.
- lemlist
- LinkedIn automation on the Multichannel plan: visits, invites, messages, through lemlist.
- Everything
- Everything LinkedIn runs through the Chrome extension and the session you are already logged in to, with hourly limits and working hours. Nothing touches LinkedIn from a server. Plus the inbox, prospect search and live profiles.
Verdict. Everything. Your account keeps looking like you, because it is you.
Lead data
- lemlist
- A 650M+ lead database with email and phone finders, paid in credits: about $0.05 an email and $0.20 a phone number.
- Everything
- LinkedIn people, company, job and post search through your session, and email and phone lookups that are verified before they are charged for. Pay per verified hit, with limits you set.
Verdict. lemlist for a database you can filter without LinkedIn. Everything for accuracy on the people you actually target.
The record
- lemlist
- Contacts and a light pipeline. lemlist expects to sync into HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive for the record.
- Everything
- People, companies, deals and customers with every conversation on every channel attached, meetings, calls, tasks, documents, invoices and tickets. There is nothing to sync into.
Verdict. Everything. This is the difference between the two products.
Calls and meetings
- lemlist
- A built-in dialer and VoIP integrations on Multichannel. No meeting recorder.
- Everything
- A dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and reports. A native meeting recorder in the desktop app. Booking links.
Verdict. Everything, on the recorder. The dialers are comparable.
Deliverability
- lemlist
- A deliverability hub with warm-up and inbox rotation.
- Everything
- Send limits per day and per domain, sender groups that rotate your own mailboxes, an unsubscribe footer, out-of-office handling, and verification before a send so a bad address never bounces. No warm-up product.
Verdict. Even. Different beliefs. We think warm-up treats the symptom.
Pricing
- lemlist
- Email: $55 a month annual or $69 monthly. Multichannel: $87 a user a month annual or $109 monthly, which is where LinkedIn, SMS and the dialer start. Enterprise custom. Lead credits on top.
- Everything
- One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with the record system, every channel, the dialer, the recorder, contracts and the assistant.
Verdict. Even at the Multichannel tier, and Everything includes the CRM you would otherwise pay for beside lemlist.
Where lemlist is better
- A searchable lead database you can filter without LinkedIn.
- Deliverability tooling, if warm-up is what you want.
- A mature outreach product with years of templates and playbooks around it.
- Unlimited users on the Email plan.
Where Everything is better
- The record system is the product, not a sync target.
- LinkedIn through your own session, with safety limits.
- A meeting recorder, contracts, invoices, tickets and docs.
- Per-person personalization inside an automated sequence.
- An assistant with the whole relationship in front of it.
