- Records the screen and the audio natively, and uploads when the meeting ends. No bot in the call.

- Hold a key and talk, anywhere in the app. The text lands where the cursor is.

Installing
- 1Settings, Integrations, Everything desktop app. Download for Mac or Windows.
- 2Open it. It pairs with your account through a link, no password to type.
- 3On a Mac, grant Screen Recording for meetings, Accessibility for iMessage extras, and Files for the assistant. Each is asked for once, when first needed.
It keeps itself current
The app updates itself in the background. The integration panel shows the version and when it last checked in, so a stale one is visible.

Texting
One surface, three ways out: iMessage or a personal text through your Mac, or a business number.
You message a person. The app picks how it physically goes out: an iMessage from your Mac, a personal text relayed through your Mac, or a business text from the workspace number. The person sees one conversation either way.
Meetings
The calendar, booking links, and recordings that become a transcript, a summary and action items on the right record.

Every kind of event has a row, and every row has the channels it may reach you on. Nothing reaches you twice, and nothing reaches you that you did not switch on.

Does it need to be open?+
It lives in the menu bar or tray. Open once and it stays.
What does it upload?+
Recordings you start, and messages you send. It never uploads files unless the assistant reads one at your request.
Is the assistant faster locally?+
It is present when the browser is closed. A routine at seven in the morning runs at seven.
Windows?+
iMessage needs a Mac. The business number works everywhere.
Does the team see my texts?+
Personal texting is personal. Business-number threads are the workspace’s.
Can I text from the iOS app?+
Yes. The iOS app sends from your phone directly.
Does it join the call as a bot?+
No. The desktop app records what you see and hear on your own machine, so there is no extra participant in the meeting.
Which meeting tools work?+
Any of them. Zoom, Meet, Teams, a phone call on speaker. It records the screen and the audio, not a specific app.
Can I edit the summary?+
Yes. Edit it by hand, or correct a speaker label and let it regenerate.
Can I get a daily digest instead?+
The brief is the digest. Open Home once a day and everything that mattered is in it. Turn the rest off.
Why did a notification arrive natively and not in the app?+
The desktop app was running. When it is, it owns notifications so you do not get two.
