Screen recordings that close deals

Record with auto-zoom, share by link, see who watched, and keep the transcript.

Media

Built-in screen recording for the things you would otherwise type: a demo, a walkthrough, a video for a prospect. Press Option-V anywhere, record, and the link is on your clipboard when you stop.

Recording

  • Record the screen, and the camera if you want it, from the app or from the desktop app.
  • The cursor gets zoom-follow polish on its own: the video zooms into what you are doing and eases back out.
  • Trim the start and the end. Pick a thumbnail.
  • A transcript, for search and reuse.

Sharing

Share by link. Viewers do not need an account. You see when a prospect actually watched, and how much of it. Put your own domain on the link under Custom domains.

One click, and the link is ready to paste into a message.

In outreach

LinkedIn video and WhatsApp video steps in a sequence queue a task to record and send one. The recording is attached to the person, so a follow-up can say you watched the first two minutes.

Around media

The parts of the workspace this one works with.

Meetings

The calendar, booking links, and recordings that become a transcript, a summary and action items on the right record.

The notes nobody writes are the ones that matter three weeks later. A recorded meeting turns into a transcript, a summary and a set of action items, sitting on the deal it belongs to. The calendar, the booking links and the recordings are one page.

The desktop app

Mac and Windows. Meeting recording, dictation, iMessage, native notifications, files on this computer, and the assistant running locally.

A small app for your Mac or PC that connects it to your workspace. It records your meetings, sends iMessages as you, reads files on your Desktop, and runs the assistant on your own machine.

Questions

Is there a length limit?+

Long recordings are fine. Transcription for very long ones arrives when it is ready rather than immediately.

Can I download the file?+

Yes, from the recording’s page.

Does it join the call as a bot?+

No. The desktop app records what you see and hear on your own machine, so there is no extra participant in the meeting.

Which meeting tools work?+

Any of them. Zoom, Meet, Teams, a phone call on speaker. It records the screen and the audio, not a specific app.

Can I edit the summary?+

Yes. Edit it by hand, or correct a speaker label and let it regenerate.

Does it need to be open?+

It lives in the menu bar or tray. Open once and it stays.

What does it upload?+

Recordings you start, and messages you send. It never uploads files unless the assistant reads one at your request.

Is the assistant faster locally?+

It is present when the browser is closed. A routine at seven in the morning runs at seven.
