EverythingvsPipedrive

Pipedrive is the nicest pipeline in the category, with five add-ons priced around it. Everything is one plan with the inbox, the dialer, the meetings and the paperwork already in it.

The short version

Pipedrive is a pipeline. Drag the deal, log the activity, do it again tomorrow. Nothing in this comparison gets a team using it faster, and that is worth real money.

The catch is the bill. Lead capture, email campaigns, e-signature, website visitors and project delivery are five separate add-ons, from $13.33 to $41 a month each.

Everything has one price with every feature on it, and the day happens inside it: the inbox, the dialer, the meeting, the sequence, then the contract and the invoice.

Pipedrive Ultimate billed monthly is $99. The same number as ours, before any of the add-ons. Below that tier it is genuinely cheaper.

Where the two came from

Pipedrive

Pipedrive was founded in Estonia in 2010 by salespeople who wanted a pipeline they could drag a deal across, and sixteen years later that is still the idea. It is the most pleasant pipeline anyone ships and the easiest thing here to get a team onto, used by over 100,000 sales teams. Nearly everything beyond the pipeline is an add-on: lead capture, email campaigns, documents and e-signature, website visitors and project delivery are each priced separately on top of the seat.

Everything

Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.

The pipeline

Pipedrive
The best drag-and-drop pipeline in the category. Activity-based selling, a forecast view, a clean mobile app, and almost nothing to learn.
Everything
A deals board with stages, filters and saved views, forecasting and goal tracking, with every conversation on the card and the channel history a click away.
Pipedrive logoPipedrive wins this one.

Verdict. Pipedrive. The pipeline is what they have spent sixteen years on and it shows.

The deals board
Stages across, deals down, the conversation on the card.

Channels

Pipedrive
Email sync with an inbox, and calendar sync. Chat and web forms come from the LeadBooster add-on, from $32.50 a month. LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, X and Reddit are not channels.
Everything
Email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit, Slack and website chat in one inbox. A reply goes back out on the channel it came in on. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session, never a server.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. The pipeline is tidy either way. Only one of them shows you what was actually said.

Switching lanes
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, then everything.

Outreach

Pipedrive
The Growth plan automates emails and follow-ups. Email marketing campaigns are the Campaigns add-on, from $13.33 a month. No LinkedIn steps and no prospect search.
Everything
Sequences with email, LinkedIn connect, message and InMail, WhatsApp, texts, X, Reddit and call steps, with delays, conditions, A/B variants and per-person personalization. Prospect search on LinkedIn from inside the app.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Multichannel outreach is the product here, not a separate line on the invoice.

A sequence on the canvas
Each card is a step. Click one to see what it sends and when.

Calls and meetings

Pipedrive
Click-to-call with recording on the higher tiers. There is no dialer built for volume, and meeting recording is not a Pipedrive feature.
Everything
A browser dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and structured call reports. Meetings recorded by the desktop app become a transcript, a summary and action items on the deal. Booking links included.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Click-to-call and a parallel dialer are different jobs, and one of them makes a quota.

Calls
Overview, Dialer, Call History, Phone Numbers.

After the yes

Pipedrive
Documents and e-signature are the Smart Docs add-on, from $32.50 a month. Invoicing is an integration. Delivery work is the Projects add-on, from $16. Support is not a Pipedrive product at all.
Everything
Contracts with e-signature, order forms and invoices generated from the signed contract, a helpdesk with SLA clocks, shared customer plans, docs, and Stripe billing health on every customer.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Four add-ons and an integration against one plan.

Contracts
Send, sign and track, then generate the invoice.

AI

Pipedrive
An AI Sales Assistant that reads the pipeline and suggests what to do next, an AI email writer, an email thread summarizer, and win probability on deals.
Everything
Claude wired into the workspace. It reads every channel, meeting and document and acts: sends, schedules, enrolls, builds sequences and workflows, runs reports. Skills, routines, an MCP server, and a daily brief written from real conversations.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Theirs suggests. Ours does the thing, and has more than the pipeline to read.

The assistant
Ask for the work and it happens on the records.

Pricing

Pipedrive
Lite $14 a seat a month annual or $24 monthly. Growth $39 or $49. Premium $59 or $79. Ultimate $79 or $99. Then the add-ons: LeadBooster from $32.50, Smart Docs from $32.50, Web Visitors from $41, Projects from $16, Campaigns from $13.33. Prices exclude VAT.
Everything
One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with every feature. A $1 a week trial up to four weeks.
Pipedrive logoPipedrive wins this one.

Verdict. Pipedrive on the seat, and it is not close at the bottom. Ultimate billed monthly is $99, the same as ours, and the add-ons are on top of that.

Where Pipedrive is better

  • The pipeline itself. Sixteen years of work on one screen, and a team is productive in an afternoon.
  • Price at the low end. A Lite seat is $14 a month billed annually.
  • Over 500 integrations, and a marketplace that has been around long enough to be complete.
  • The mobile app. Ours is newer and narrower.
  • Free implementation on any plan over $400 a year, which is most of them.
  • Simplicity as a feature. Fewer surfaces to learn, fewer to ignore.

Where Everything is better

  • Every channel in one inbox, including LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit.
  • Sequences across every channel, with per-person copy and prospect search built in.
  • A dialer and a native meeting recorder.
  • Contracts, e-signature, invoices, tickets, plans and docs with no add-on to buy.
  • One price. Nothing on the pricing page starts from.
