Reports
The read-out on whether the machine is working
Pipeline, revenue, outreach, calls, templates, sequences, rep leaderboards, engagement, and the tabs you build yourself.
Reports is the read-out on whether the machine is working. Every tab reads the same records and conversations the rest of the workspace does, so pipeline, outreach, calls and revenue are one set of numbers, not five exports that disagree.
The tabs
- Overview
- People reached, replies, connections, meetings, win rate, revenue. The week at a glance.
- Pipeline
- Deals by stage, values, conversion between stages, expected close by month.
- Revenue
- Closed-won over time, and real cash once Stripe is connected.
- Outreach
- Volumes by channel, replies, calls, tasks completed. Templates and sequences: opens and replies per template, completion per step.
- Channels
- Which channel produced which pipeline. Attribution from first touch to deal.
- Team and Timing
- Rep performance, leaderboards, the activity matrix of who did what this week, and when replies actually come.
- Calls
- Volume, connects, dispositions, talk time.
- Product and Ads
- Usage from PostHog. Spend and funnel from Google Ads.
Every number opens
Click a number and the records behind it are listed. Twelve replies is twelve conversations. Win rate is the deals that won and the deals that lost. No report is a dead end.
Scope and period
Every tab filters to a member or a team, and to a period. A rep sees their own numbers. A lead sees the team. An admin sees the workspace and can compare.
Your own tabs
Add a widget to any tab, or build a new report from the widget catalog: a metric, a chart, a table, a goal. Ask the assistant for a report and it builds the tab.
Around reports
The parts of the workspace this one works with.
Goals
Pin a target to a metric, per user, team or workspace. Attainment computes itself.
Five thousand emails a month for the SDR team. Twenty meetings a week per rep. Set it once. The number is live, read from actual activity. Nobody updates progress by hand, and nobody argues about the spreadsheet.
Member activity
Who created, edited or sent what, and when. The audit view.
Who changed this deal. Is the new rep actually using the tool. What did the workflow do, next to what the humans did. Member activity is the log, per member, per page, per action.
Google Ads
Campaign performance, search terms, keywords and negatives, and the funnel from click to customer, next to the pipeline it produced.
Ads spend is only interesting next to what it produced. Connect Google Ads and the Ads tab in Reports shows campaigns, search terms and the funnel from impression to paying customer, with the pipeline attributed to it.
Stripe
Revenue, MRR, churn, overdue invoices and customer billing health. The assistant can also make payment links, start subscriptions and void invoices.
Connect Stripe and the money shows up where the relationships are. Each customer carries its MRR, its subscriptions and whether the last payment went through. The Revenue report reads real cash. Stripe stays the source of truth.
Questions
Can I export?+
Any table exports. Any chart can be read out by the assistant into a doc.
Why do reply counts differ between tabs?+
Outreach counts replies to a sequence step. Overview counts replies on any thread. Both are labelled.
Real time?+
Reports read live data. A heavy tab may cache for a few minutes.
Can I set revenue goals?+
Yes. Deals won and revenue, per rep or team, per period.
Who can set goals?+
Admins and team leads for their team. Members see theirs.
How far back?+
The log is kept. Filter by date to go back.
Can I export it?+
Yes, as a table.
Does it change my campaigns on its own?+
No. Reading is automatic. Changes only happen when you ask.
MCC accounts?+
Yes. Connect the manager account and pick the client accounts.
Does it change anything in Stripe?+
Only through the assistant, and only the things above, each after you confirm. The pages read. Refunds and anything else, do in Stripe.
Several Stripe accounts?+
Connect each. Revenue is reported per currency and per account.
Try reports on your own data
Connect your email, then open a person. Most of the product shows up on that one page once the mail is in.
More in Measure
The daily brief, reports, goals and the money.
What is overdue, who is waiting, what has gone quiet, and what is on the calendar. Written before you open it.
Pin a target to a metric, per user, team or workspace. Attainment computes itself.
Receipts read on their own. Invoices that are legally yours. Both reconciled against the bank.
