Everythingvsmonday CRM

monday CRM is the best board builder in the business pointed at a pipeline. Everything is the selling tools, with the board as a view of what they left behind.

The short version

monday CRM is a board builder aimed at a pipeline. If your company already runs its work on monday, putting the deals beside the delivery work is a real advantage, and nothing here builds a custom view as fast.

It is still a work tool underneath. Conversations arrive through a comms hub, and email sequences and mass email do not appear until Pro at $28 a seat billed annually.

Everything is built the other way round. The inbox, the dialer, the meetings and the sequences are the product. The board is a view of what they left behind.

monday is much the cheaper of the two, and it is honest about being a platform rather than a sales floor. That is the trade.

Where the two came from

monday CRM

monday.com started in 2012 as a work operating system: boards, columns, automations and dashboards, used by around 250,000 customers for everything from hiring to shipping software. monday CRM is that engine shaped into a pipeline, and it inherits the fastest view builder in the category. In 2026 it added agents that call leads, source leads, prep meetings and take meeting notes. Mass email and email sequences arrive at the Pro tier.

Everything

Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.

Records and views

monday CRM
Boards, columns, groups and custom dashboards, built faster than anything else here. The caps are the catch: 5 columns a board and 1,000 active contacts and deals on Basic, 15 columns and 10,000 on Standard, 75 columns and 100,000 on Pro.
Everything
People, companies, deals, customers, products and partners, with custom fields, tabs and cards, saved views and board or table layouts. No record caps and no column caps.
monday CRM logomonday CRM wins this one.

Verdict. monday. Nothing here assembles an arbitrary view as quickly as a monday board.

Saved views
A filter set, named and kept.

Channels

monday CRM
A centralized comms hub from the Standard tier, with email and calendar sync. LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, SMS, X and Reddit are not channels.
Everything
Email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit, Slack and website chat in one inbox. A reply goes back out on the channel it came in on. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session, never a server.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. A pipeline board with no conversations on it is a list of guesses.

The channel lanes
One inbox. Filter by channel or read them all in order.

Outreach

monday CRM
Mass email and email sequences on Pro. Email only. An outreach caller agent and a lead sourcer agent from Standard.
Everything
Sequences with email, LinkedIn connect, message and InMail, WhatsApp, texts, X, Reddit and call steps, with delays, conditions, A/B variants and per-person personalization, on the one plan.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Sequences are the product here, not the thing that unlocks two tiers up.

Calls and meetings

monday CRM
An outreach caller agent and an AI meeting notetaker from the Standard tier. There is no dialer.
Everything
A browser dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and structured call reports. Meetings recorded by the desktop app become a transcript, a summary and action items on the deal.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything, because of the dialer. On meeting notes the two are closer than the rest of this page.

Calls
Overview, Dialer, Call History, Phone Numbers.

After the yes

monday CRM
Quotes and invoices, metered by tier: 20 a month on Basic, 50 on Standard, 250 on Pro. Delivery work on boards, which is what monday is genuinely best at. Support lives in a separate monday product.
Everything
Contracts with e-signature, order forms and invoices from the signed contract with no monthly cap, a helpdesk with SLA clocks, shared customer plans, docs, and Stripe billing health on every customer.
monday CRM logoEven.

Verdict. Even. Our paperwork is uncapped and includes signing and support. Their board-based delivery work after the deal is better than ours.

Contracts
Send, sign and track, then generate the invoice.

Automation and AI

monday CRM
Custom automations metered by month: 250 on Standard, 25,000 on Pro. Agents for outreach calling, lead sourcing, meeting prep and meeting notes, an AI workflow builder on Pro, plus an agent builder and an app builder for making your own.
Everything
Workflows with no monthly cap. Claude wired into the workspace: it reads every channel, meeting and document and acts, with skills, routines, an MCP server and a daily brief written from real conversations.
monday CRM logoEven.

Verdict. Even. monday lets you build more kinds of thing. Ours has every conversation to read and no monthly meter.

Pricing

monday CRM
Basic $12 a seat a month annual or $18 monthly. Standard $17 or $25. Pro $28 or $41. Ultimate is a custom price. Minimum three seats, bought in blocks. Sequences and mass email start at Pro.
Everything
One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with every feature. A $1 a week trial up to four weeks.
monday CRM logomonday CRM wins this one.

Verdict. monday, clearly. Pro is $28 a seat against $99. It is a fraction of the product at a fraction of the price.

Where monday CRM is better

  • The board builder. Custom columns, views and dashboards faster than anything on this site.
  • Price. Pro is $28 a seat a month billed annually.
  • One place for the pipeline and the delivery work, if the company already runs on monday.
  • An agent builder and an app builder, for teams that want to make their own.
  • Around 250,000 customers and the ecosystem that comes with that.
  • Project management after the deal. Ours is shared plans and tasks, not this.

Where Everything is better

  • Every channel in one inbox, including LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit.
  • Sequences on every plan, across every channel, with per-person copy.
  • A dialer and a native meeting recorder.
  • Contracts, invoices, tickets and docs with no monthly count against them.
  • No caps on records, columns or automations.

Questions

Is Everything cheaper than monday CRM?+

No. monday Pro is $28 a seat a month billed annually against our $99. It is the cheaper product because it is doing less of the job.

Can I move from monday CRM?+

Export the boards to CSV and import them. Columns map to fields, including custom ones. Email and calendar history rebuild from the connected mailbox.

Does Everything have boards?+

Yes, as a layout on people, companies and deals, with saved views and filters. It is not a general-purpose board builder and monday is better at that.

Do I still need monday for project work?+

Probably, if you run delivery on monday today. Ours has shared customer plans and tasks, which is not the same as a project tool.

Are automations metered here?+

No. Workflows run without a monthly count. Email and phone lookups are the only thing billed on use.

Try Everything on your own data

$1 a week for up to four weeks, every feature on. Connect your email, then open a person.
