Your texts, next to everything else

Your Messages conversations sync into the inbox, on the person they belong to.

Reply from Everything and it goes out from your own number, through your own Mac. Tapbacks, edits, unsends and threads too.

Green bubbles can go out from the workspace number instead.

Meeting recording

Meetings recorded on your Mac. No bot in the call.

It notices when a Zoom, Meet, Teams, Webex, Slack or FaceTime call starts, and records the screen and the audio.

When the call ends you get a transcript, a summary and action items, filed on the right person and deal.

Auto-record is a setting. Off means it asks.

Press it in any app on your Mac and talk. The text lands where the cursor is. Cleaned up on the Mac by Apple’s own model, and it knows the names in your contacts. Free.

Your agent, on your Mac

Claude Code, Codex or Cursor’s agent runs on your own machine, on your own subscription. Nothing runs on our servers.

Native notifications

Mentions and new messages arrive as Mac notifications, so you see them anywhere, not just in the tab.

Files on this Mac

The agent can search, read and open what’s on your Desktop, in Downloads and in Documents.

Stays awake for the work

Keeps the Mac awake while a text is sending, a recording is uploading or the agent is running. And when you want it to, for as long as you say.

It updates itself in the background. On Windows? There's an app for that too, minus iMessage.

Installing it

Two steps, then one optional permission if you want Messages.

    Download and run the installer

    It puts Everything Helper in your Applications folder and opens it when it finishes. The app lives in your menu bar, not the Dock.

    When macOS asks whether Everything Helper can send notifications, click Allow. That is how messages, mentions and replies reach you while the app is closed.

    Or do it by hand: System Settings → Notifications → Everything Helper → Allow notifications, with Banners or Alerts.

    Connect it in Settings

    In Everything, open Settings → Integrations → Everything desktop app and click Connect this Mac. The helper asks you to confirm once, and the Mac shows up in the list. This is the one step that needs an account.

    Optional: Messages and tapbacks

    The assistant, dictation and meeting recording already work. Syncing your Messages needs one macOS permission, and tapbacks need a second. Both can be granted later from the helper's menu or from the iMessage card in Settings.

    The helper reads the Messages database on your own Mac, and macOS only allows that with Full Disk Access.

    Sending works without this. Reading your messages doesn't.

    Accessibility

    Adds the two things macOS won't let an app do any other way: reacting with a tapback, and posting a real threaded reply.

    This is what lets the helper add tapbacks and post real threaded replies. Reading and sending messages already work without it.

What leaves your Mac

The app syncs the Messages conversations in your workspace and the sends you queue from Everything. It holds a device token you can revoke from Settings at any time, which stops it immediately. Your Mac stays the source of truth: when it's asleep or offline, sends queue on our end and fail with a notice rather than going out some other way.
