EverythingvsHubSpot

HubSpot is the platform most companies default to, sold as a ladder of hubs and tiers. Everything is one plan with every feature on it.

The short version

HubSpot is the safe answer. Nobody is fired for buying it. There is a partner within driving distance of anywhere, a course for every feature, and an integration for every tool you already own.

It is also a ladder. Sequences, calling minutes, playbooks and the good reporting live on Professional, at $90 a seat billed annually plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Credits for the Breeze agents are $9 per thousand on top.

Everything is one plan at $99 with every feature on. Where it goes further is the channels and the work after the deal: LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit in the same inbox, a dialer, a meeting recorder, contracts, invoices and tickets.

Where HubSpot goes further is marketing. A CMS, landing pages, ad spend management and lifecycle email are a decade deep there. We have forms, website chat, visitor tracking and social posting, which is not a marketing cloud.

Where the two came from

HubSpot

HubSpot started in 2006 as inbound marketing software and became the platform small and mid-market companies default to: marketing, sales, service, content and data on one record, with over 2,000 integrations and a certification for every job. Sales Hub is the sales half of it. It is the most complete non-enterprise platform in the category, and it is sold as a ladder: the tools a sales team actually needs start on Professional, which carries a required onboarding fee, and the AI is metered in credits.

Everything

Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.

Records and the data model

HubSpot
Contacts, companies, deals and tickets, with custom objects on Enterprise. A deep property and association model, association labels, and the best data tooling in the mid-market. Smart CRM comes with any paid seat.
Everything
People, companies, deals, customers, products and partners, with custom fields, tabs and cards on any of them. Records fill in from every channel, not just email: LinkedIn threads, WhatsApp, texts, calls, meetings, tickets, documents and website visits attach themselves.
HubSpot logoHubSpot wins this one.

Verdict. HubSpot. Custom objects, association labels and the depth of the property model are better, and so is the tooling around the data.

A person in Everything
Every channel with them on one page, with the tabs as the history.

Channels

HubSpot
Gmail and Outlook sync, calling minutes, live chat and Facebook Messenger natively. WhatsApp is a Marketing Hub Professional channel. LinkedIn DMs, iMessage, X and Reddit are not channels. Over 2,000 integrations cover the rest, at their own prices.
Everything
Email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit, Slack and website chat in one inbox. A reply goes back out on the channel it came in on. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session, never a server.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Half of a modern pipeline happens in DMs that Sales Hub cannot open.

Switching lanes
LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, then everything.

Outreach

HubSpot
Sequences start on Professional. Email and task steps, with LinkedIn steps as manual reminders. The Prospecting Agent recommends outreach at 100 credits per lead.
Everything
Sequences with email, LinkedIn connect, message and InMail, WhatsApp, texts, X, Reddit and call steps, with delays, conditions, A/B variants and per-person personalization, on the one plan.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Multichannel is the default here, and it does not begin two tiers up.

Each card is a step. Click one to see what it sends and when.

Calls and meetings

HubSpot
3,000 calling minutes a month on Professional, with recording and conversation intelligence. There is no dialer built for volume. Meeting recording comes from a notetaker you connect.
Everything
A browser dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and structured call reports. Meetings recorded by the desktop app become a transcript, a summary and action items on the deal. Booking links included.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. A dialer and a recorder, not a minute allowance and an integration.

Calls
Overview, Dialer, Call History, Phone Numbers.

After the yes

HubSpot
Quotes with e-signature and payments in Sales Hub, tickets and a knowledge base in Service Hub, subscriptions and billing in Revenue Hub. All of it exists. Each one is another hub with its own price.
Everything
Contracts with e-signature, order forms and invoices generated from the signed contract, a helpdesk with SLA clocks, shared customer plans, docs, and Stripe billing health on every customer.
HubSpot logoEven.

Verdict. Even on coverage. HubSpot has all of this if you buy the hubs. Everything has it on one plan.

Tickets
A helpdesk on the same records, with SLA clocks.

Marketing

HubSpot
A CMS, landing pages, a blog, forms, ad spend management, lifecycle email and campaign attribution. The deepest marketing suite anyone sells to a mid-market company.
Everything
Forms, website chat, website visitor tracking, social posting, and channel attribution reporting. No CMS, no landing page builder, no ad management, no lifecycle marketing email.
HubSpot logoHubSpot wins this one.

Verdict. HubSpot, comfortably. If marketing and sales have to live in the same product, this is the reason to buy it.

Website visitors
The whole marketing surface here: who came, what they read, which record it belongs to.

AI and agents

HubSpot
Breeze agents for prospecting, customer conversations and data, metered in HubSpot Credits at $9 per thousand billed annually. 500 credits on Starter, 3,000 on Professional, 5,000 on Enterprise. A recommended outreach costs 100 credits, a resolved conversation 50.
Everything
Claude wired into the workspace. It reads every channel, meeting and document and acts: sends, schedules, enrolls, builds sequences and workflows, runs reports. Skills, routines, an MCP server, and a daily brief written from real conversations. Not metered.
HubSpot logoEven.

Verdict. Even. HubSpot prices its agents per action, which is honest and predictable. Ours is included and has every channel to read.

The daily brief
Written from real conversations across every channel, not from field edits.

Pricing

HubSpot
Free for up to 2 users. Starter $7 a seat a month annual or $20 monthly, through Core Seats. Professional $90 annual or $100 monthly, plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Enterprise $150 a seat, plus a required one-time $3,500 onboarding fee. Credits on top of all of it.
Everything
One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with every feature. A $1 a week trial up to four weeks.
HubSpot logoHubSpot wins this one.

Verdict. HubSpot below Professional. At Professional the seat is $90 plus $1,500 to start plus credits, and ours is $99 with no fee and no meter.

Where HubSpot is better

  • Marketing. A CMS, landing pages, ad management and lifecycle email under one roof.
  • Custom objects and the deepest property and association model in the mid-market.
  • Over 2,000 integrations, and a partner you can hire in any city.
  • A free tier for two users and a $7 Starter seat.
  • Everyone already knows it. Training a new rep costs nothing.
  • Enterprise controls at the top tier: permissions, audit, forecasting hierarchies.

Where Everything is better

  • Every channel in one inbox, including LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit.
  • A dialer and a native meeting recorder, not minutes and a notetaker integration.
  • One price with every feature on. No tier where sequences or reporting begin.
  • No onboarding fee, and no credit meter on the assistant.
  • Sequences that step across every channel, with per-person copy.
  • Contracts, invoices, tickets, plans and docs without buying three more hubs.

Questions

Is Everything a HubSpot replacement?+

For a sales team, yes. For a marketing team running a CMS, landing pages and paid campaigns out of HubSpot, no. We do not have a marketing cloud and are not building one.

Can I move from HubSpot?+

Export contacts, companies and deals to CSV and import them. Columns map to fields, including custom ones. Email and calendar history rebuild from the connected mailbox.

Does Everything integrate with HubSpot?+

Not as a sync. Records live here rather than in two places, which is the point.

Does Everything have custom objects?+

No. It has custom fields, custom tabs and custom cards on people, companies and deals, which covers most of what teams use custom objects for.

Which is cheaper?+

HubSpot, on Free or Starter. At Professional a seat is $90 against our $99, before the required $1,500 onboarding and before credits. If you are also paying for an outreach tool, a dialer, a recorder and a signing tool, we are cheaper than the stack.

Try Everything on your own data

$1 a week for up to four weeks, every feature on. Connect your email, then open a person.
