EverythingvsSalesforce

Salesforce is a platform where anything can be built, by someone, eventually. Everything is a product where a smaller set of things already work, today.

The short version

Salesforce is the platform. Anything you can write down can be built on it, and there are tens of thousands of people who will build it for you.

You pay for that twice. Core is $195 a user a month billed annually, Advanced $395, Max $550, and then there is the implementation, the admin who maintains it, and Premier Success at 30 percent of net license fees.

Everything is $99 a seat with every feature on and nothing to build. Fewer things are possible. Everything that is possible works on the first day.

These are not really the same purchase. Salesforce is bought by companies with a Salesforce team. This is bought by teams who want to sell this week.

Where the two came from

Salesforce

Salesforce invented this category in 1999 and still sets it. Sales Cloud is less a product than a platform: custom objects, flows, Apex, Lightning pages, an AppExchange, and a global industry of consultancies who implement it. In 2026 it is packaged as Core, Advanced and Max, with Agentforce agents and Flex Credits, above a Starter and Pro Suite for smaller teams. It is what a company buys when the requirement is that anything can be built.

Everything

Everything comes from The Tool Company, built by a founder who spent years as a BDR watching half of every deal happen outside the system of record. It started as a signing tool, grew a record layer, then an inbox for every channel, then the rest. The bet is one team owning the whole revenue motion as a single product, so the seams disappear.

The platform

Salesforce
Custom objects and fields, Flow, Apex, Lightning pages, an AppExchange with thousands of apps, and the governance to run all of it across tens of thousands of seats. Territories, forecasting hierarchies, audit, data residency, backup and archive.
Everything
People, companies, deals, customers, products and partners, with custom fields, tabs and cards, workflows, saved views, permission profiles and an MCP server. No object builder, no code layer.
Salesforce logoSalesforce wins this one.

Verdict. Salesforce, and not by a small margin. If the answer has to be "we can build that", it is the only one on this site.

Adding a field
The whole extensibility story here: a field, a tab or a card on a record.

Who does the work

Salesforce
Salesforce is configured, not opened. Most teams need an admin, and most rollouts need a partner. Premier Success is 30 percent of net license fees, and Signature is priced by conversation.
Everything
Sign in, connect a mailbox, import a CSV, start. The assistant sets up most of the rest by asking, and there is nobody to hire to keep it running.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. The gap here is months and a headcount, not a feature.

The assistant
Ask for the work and it happens on the records.

Channels

Salesforce
Email and calendar through Einstein Activity Capture, and Slack, at Business+ on Core and Enterprise+ on Max. Everything else comes from AppExchange apps at their own prices. LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit are not channels.
Everything
Email, LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage and SMS, X, Reddit, Slack and website chat in one inbox. A reply goes back out on the channel it came in on. LinkedIn runs through your own browser session, never a server.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. Salesforce can integrate all of this. It ships none of it.

The channel lanes
One inbox. Filter by channel or read them all in order.

Outreach

Salesforce
Sales Engagement cadences, bundled at the higher editions and licensed separately below them. Email and call steps. No LinkedIn or WhatsApp steps natively.
Everything
Sequences with email, LinkedIn connect, message and InMail, WhatsApp, texts, X, Reddit and call steps, with delays, conditions, A/B variants and per-person personalization, on the one plan.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything. More channels, no extra license, and nothing to configure first.

A sequence on the canvas
Each card is a step. Click one to see what it sends and when.

Calls and meetings

Salesforce
A dialer through Sales Dialer or a partner app, and conversation intelligence through Einstein Conversation Insights. Both are configured, and usually licensed on top.
Everything
A browser dialer with parallel dialing, recording, transcripts and structured call reports. Meetings recorded by the desktop app become a transcript, a summary and action items on the deal.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything on what arrives switched on. At the very top of the Salesforce range the capability is comparable, for a lot more money.

Calls
Overview, Dialer, Call History, Phone Numbers.

After the yes

Salesforce
Revenue Cloud from $200 a user a month for quote to cash, Service Cloud for support, Salesforce Spiff for commissions, Sales Programs from $100 a user. All of it exists, at a scale we cannot match. Each one is another license and another project.
Everything
Contracts with e-signature, order forms and invoices generated from the signed contract, a helpdesk with SLA clocks, shared customer plans, docs, and Stripe billing health on every customer. On the one plan.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything on price and on the day it starts working. Salesforce wins any argument about ceiling.

Contracts
Send, sign and track, then generate the invoice.

AI and agents

Salesforce
Agentforce for Sales from $125 a user a month on top, or included in Max. Flex Credits per org per year: 500K on Core, 1M on Advanced, 2.75M on Max. It is the most ambitious agent platform anyone is selling.
Everything
Claude wired into the workspace. It reads every channel, meeting and document and acts: sends, schedules, enrolls, builds sequences and workflows, runs reports. Skills, routines, an MCP server, and a daily brief written from real conversations. Not metered.
Salesforce logoEven.

Verdict. Even. Agentforce reaches further and costs more than anything here. Ours is included and has the whole conversation in front of it.

The daily brief
Written from real conversations across every channel, not from field edits.

Pricing

Salesforce
Free Suite $0. Starter Suite $25 a user a month. Pro Suite $100. Core $195. Advanced $395. Max $550, all billed annually. Agentforce for Sales from $125 a user on top. Premier Success at 30 percent of net license fees.
Everything
One plan at $99 a user a month or $999 a year, with every feature. A $1 a week trial up to four weeks.
Everything wins this one.

Verdict. Everything, once you are past the suites. Core alone is twice our price before a single day of implementation.

Where Salesforce is better

  • Anything can be built. Objects, Flow, Apex, and an AppExchange with thousands of apps.
  • Enterprise governance: territories, forecasting hierarchies, audit, data residency, backup and archive.
  • Scale. Tens of thousands of seats in one org is routine, and we have never been asked to do that.
  • A hiring pool. Every admin, consultant and integration already speaks Salesforce.
  • Starter Suite at $25 a user is a cheap way in, with a path to everything above it.
  • Agentforce, if you want an agent platform to build on rather than an assistant to use.

Where Everything is better

  • It works on the first day. No admin, no partner, no implementation project.
  • Every channel in one inbox, including LinkedIn DMs, WhatsApp, iMessage, X and Reddit.
  • A dialer, a meeting recorder, contracts, invoices, tickets and docs on one plan.
  • One price, with no credit meter and no success plan charged as a percentage.
  • An assistant that reads the actual conversations rather than the field edits.
  • Sequences across every channel, with per-person copy, included.

Questions

Can Everything replace Salesforce?+

For a sales team that does not need custom objects, Apex or enterprise governance, yes, and it replaces the outreach tool, dialer, recorder and signing tool beside it. For an org with a Salesforce team and years of build behind it, no.

Can I move from Salesforce?+

Export leads, contacts, accounts and opportunities to CSV and import them. Columns map to fields, including custom ones. Email and calendar history rebuild from the connected mailbox. Flows, Apex and custom objects do not come across.

Does Everything integrate with Salesforce?+

Not as a sync. Records live here rather than in two systems, which is the whole point of it.

Which is cheaper?+

Starter Suite at $25 a user and Pro Suite at $100 are in our range. Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550 are not, and none of those numbers include the implementation.

Do I need an admin for Everything?+

No. There is nothing to configure that the assistant cannot set up by asking, and no object model to maintain.

Try Everything on your own data

$1 a week for up to four weeks, every feature on. Connect your email, then open a person.
