Upload or generate a document, place the fields, send it, and watch it come back signed.
Real signatures on real documents, without sending anyone to another product. The signer needs an email and a browser, not an account. The signed copy lands on the deal, the company and the people, and can spawn the invoice.
The flow
- 1Create: upload a PDF, start from a template, or generate one from text.
- 2Add signers, with a signing order if the order matters, plus anyone to copy.
- 3Place the fields per signer: signature, initials, date, text, checkbox.
- 4Send. Each signer gets their own link, on your domain if you set one.
- 5Track status per recipient, remind whoever is holding it up, cancel if plans change.
The list
Title, company, people, tags, recent activity, status, who sent it and when. Recent activity is the last thing a signer did: opened, signed, declined. A document that has been viewed three times and not signed is a call, not a reminder.
Templates
Paperwork you send often, built once as a layout with fields already placed. An NDA or an order form then takes one click and a new set of recipients. Templates live on the Contracts tab of Templates.
After signing
- The signed PDF with its audit trail: who signed, when, from where.
- Attached to the deal, the company and each signer.
- Generate the invoice from the signed contract so billing matches what was sold.
- A workflow can fire on completion: move the deal, start onboarding, notify the channel.

Orders and invoices
Order forms, purchase orders and invoices with product line items, signers, and a send that tracks opens.
An order form is a contract with money on it. Line items from the catalog, quantities, a total, and signers. Once it is signed, the invoice is one click, and it says exactly what the order form said.
Custom domains
Signing links, booking pages and shared plans on your own domain.
The links you send out can carry your domain instead of ours. A signing request from sign.yourcompany.com, a booking page on book.yourcompany.com. One CNAME per surface.
Templates, snippets and components
Three layers of reusable copy. Sharpen a snippet once and every template and step using it improves.
Copy that works should be written once and used everywhere. Templates are the message. Snippets are the reusable pieces inside it. Components are the structured blocks the pieces are made of. Change one and everything built on it changes.
Questions
Is it legally binding?+
Electronic signatures with an audit trail are recognised in most jurisdictions. The completed document records identity, time and IP for each signer.
Can a signer decline or ask for changes?+
Yes. A decline comes back with a reason, and you send a revised document.
Bulk send?+
Send a template to a list: one document per recipient, each tracked.
Can I quote without a signature?+
Yes. Send an order form as a quote and add signers when they are ready.
Currencies?+
Per document, defaulting to the deal’s.
Do I need a certificate?+
No. It is issued and renewed for you once the CNAME resolves.
Can one domain cover all surfaces?+
Each surface takes its own hostname, so use subdomains: sign, book, plans, video.
Can a template be private?+
Templates are shared with the workspace. A draft stays yours until you publish it.
Do variables have fallbacks?+
Yes. {{first_name | there}} and conditionals for a line that only appears when a field is set.
