Plans
Mutual action plans that ship
A step-by-step plan you share with a customer. Both sides see progress. They see a clean portal, not your workspace.
A live shared plan keeps a deal honest. Everyone sees what is next and who owes it. The customer opens a clean portal on your domain, without an account, and ticks off their side; you see the moment they do.
A plan
- Sections and steps
- Evaluation, security review, procurement, go-live. Each step has an owner and a due date.
- Owners on both sides
- Your people from the workspace, theirs by email.
- Comments
- Inline, with the customer. A question on a step stays on the step.
- Attachments
- The security doc, the order form, the deck, on the step they belong to.
Sharing
Invite by email or copy a share link. The customer sees the portal, not your workspace. A custom domain puts it on plans.yourcompany.com. Every open and every tick is logged, so the deal knows how engaged they are.
Templates
A POC plan, an onboarding plan, an enterprise evaluation, spawned with one click and the dates shifted to today. Build the template once from the plan that worked.
Around plans
The parts of the workspace this one works with.
Deals and the pipeline
Stages you define, a board you drag, and a record that already knows when it last heard from them.
A deal carries the people and the company on it, so the board is not a separate thing you reconcile with reality. It is the same records, arranged by stage. And because every conversation attaches itself, the deal knows when it last heard from them without anyone updating a field.
Docs
Pages for the team. Live co-editing, nesting, tables and boards, maps, sharing outside, and an assistant that writes into them.
Docs are the written part of the workspace: meeting notes, playbooks, wikis, anything that is a page. Not to be confused with Contracts, which is the signing app. A doc is a page that anyone on the team can open, edit and link to.
Custom domains
Signing links, booking pages and shared plans on your own domain.
The links you send out can carry your domain instead of ours. A signing request from sign.yourcompany.com, a booking page on book.yourcompany.com. One CNAME per surface.
Questions
Can the customer add steps?+
They can comment and complete their steps. Adding and editing steps is yours.
Does it notify?+
A step completed or commented on by the customer notifies the owner. A step overdue notifies whoever owns it.
Can I forecast?+
The strip totals each stage, and the Pipeline report shows values, conversion and expected close by month.
What closes a deal?+
Moving it to a closed stage. Closed Won can trigger a workflow: create the customer, send the onboarding plan, notify the channel.
Can the assistant move stages?+
Yes, and it can do it from the brief: a suggested stage change is one tap.
Can I import from Notion or Google Docs?+
Paste. Headings, lists and tables come across. Attachments are re-uploaded.
Who can see a doc?+
The workspace, by default. Sharing outside is per doc: a public link, or specific emails.
Do I need a certificate?+
No. It is issued and renewed for you once the CNAME resolves.
Can one domain cover all surfaces?+
Each surface takes its own hostname, so use subdomains: sign, book, plans, video.
Try plans on your own data
Connect your email, then open a person. Most of the product shows up on that one page once the mail is in.
