Goals

Quotas, tracked daily

Pin a target to a metric, per user, team or workspace. Attainment computes itself.

Goals

Five thousand emails a month for the SDR team. Twenty meetings a week per rep. Set it once. The number is live, read from actual activity. Nobody updates progress by hand, and nobody argues about the spreadsheet.

A goal

  • A metric, from two dozen across prospecting, outreach, selling and efficiency.
  • A target, and a period: daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly.
  • A scope: one member, a team, or the workspace.
  • Working days from Workspace settings, so a weekend-free team is not behind on Monday.

Around the page
Attainment now, the trend over past periods, and the leaderboard.

The metrics

Prospecting
People added, companies added, emails found, target accounts mapped.
Outreach
Emails sent, LinkedIn touches, calls made, sequences started, replies.
Selling
Meetings booked, deals created, deals won, pipeline added, revenue.
Efficiency
Tasks completed, reply rate, time to first touch.

Reading it

Overview shows attainment on every goal you are on. Trends shows the last periods side by side. Leaderboard ranks the team on any metric. A goal card on Overview keeps it in view.

Around goals

The parts of the workspace this one works with.

Reports

Pipeline, revenue, outreach, calls, templates, sequences, rep leaderboards, engagement, and the tabs you build yourself.

Reports is the read-out on whether the machine is working. Every tab reads the same records and conversations the rest of the workspace does, so pipeline, outreach, calls and revenue are one set of numbers, not five exports that disagree.

The tabs

Users, roles and seats

Invite by email, set roles, group into teams, lock a seat without losing the history.

Settings, Users is who is in the workspace, what they are, and who they report to. Everything a member does is attributed to them, which is what the leaderboards, the goals and the team brief read.

Questions

Can I set revenue goals?+

Yes. Deals won and revenue, per rep or team, per period.

Who can set goals?+

Admins and team leads for their team. Members see theirs.

Can I export?+

Any table exports. Any chart can be read out by the assistant into a doc.

Why do reply counts differ between tabs?+

Outreach counts replies to a sequence step. Overview counts replies on any thread. Both are labelled.

Real time?+

Reports read live data. A heavy tab may cache for a few minutes.

Can a member see other members’ deals?+

That depends on their permission profile. View deals: team lets them see the team’s; all lets them see everyone’s.

What happens to a removed member’s records?+

Reassign their deals and tasks before removing them, or lock the seat instead and keep the history intact.

Do support seats cost anything?+

Our support team’s seats are never billed and never shown.
