Customers
The companies that pay you
MRR, subscriptions, past-due state and payment history from Stripe, next to the conversations.
A customer is a company with money attached. Connect Stripe and each one shows its subscriptions, its MRR, its lifetime value and whether the last payment went through, beside the conversations and tickets that explain why.
The list
- MRR, plan, status, last payment, next renewal, open invoices, per customer.
- Filter to past due, to a product, to a renewal window.
- A board by health: current, past due, cancelling, churned.
The customer page
- Billing
- Subscriptions, MRR, LTV, invoices with hosted links for chasing, and the payment history.
- People
- The champion, the admin, the person who pays, with roles.
- Conversations and tickets
- What they said, and what broke.
- Usage
- What they actually do in your product, once tracking is on.
Renewals and churn
Renewal dates come from the subscription. A workflow can start a renewal sequence sixty days out. The Revenue report shows churned MRR and churn rate, and the assistant can tell you who churned this month and why.
Around customers
The parts of the workspace this one works with.
Stripe
Revenue, MRR, churn, overdue invoices and customer billing health. The assistant can also make payment links, start subscriptions and void invoices.
Connect Stripe and the money shows up where the relationships are. Each customer carries its MRR, its subscriptions and whether the last payment went through. The Revenue report reads real cash. Stripe stays the source of truth.
Income
Money in. Every document you issued, paid against unpaid, by client, reconciled with Stripe.
Income is every document you issued: invoices, receipts, credit notes. Paid against unpaid, by client, with the Stripe payment reconciled beside it so the books match the bank.
Partners
Referral partners with their own link, their accounts, their terms, and attribution on every deal they sent.
A partner is a company that sends you business. Give them a link, assign them the accounts they work, agree the terms, and every deal they sent carries their name. The commission question has an answer.
Questions
No Stripe?+
Customers still work as a status on companies. Billing health needs Stripe, or the invoicing integration for issued documents.
Can I see a customer’s invoices without leaving?+
Yes. The invoices are listed with their state and a hosted link to send.
Does it change anything in Stripe?+
Only through the assistant, and only the things above, each after you confirm. The pages read. Refunds and anything else, do in Stripe.
Several Stripe accounts?+
Connect each. Revenue is reported per currency and per account.
Can I chase unpaid invoices from here?+
Yes. Filter to unpaid and ask the assistant to draft reminders, or send them yourself with the hosted link.
Is this bookkeeping?+
It is the record of what you issued and what was paid. Your accountant still closes the books; the export is for them.
Do partners get a login?+
No. They get a link and a relationship. A shared plan or a doc can be their view.
Can a customer be a partner?+
Yes. Mark the company as a partner and it keeps its customer record.
Try customers on your own data
Connect your email, then open a person. Most of the product shows up on that one page once the mail is in.
More in Records
People, companies, deals and customers, with every conversation attached.
Every person is a live mirror of their LinkedIn profile. It updates itself every time you visit.
The people, their roles, the deals, the paperwork, the conversations, and who is hiring for what.
Stages you define, a board you drag, and a deal that already knows when it last heard from them.
A name and a company is enough. Verification checks deliverability instead of guessing a pattern.
Typed fields, whole tabs, cards, tags, statuses and personas. They filter, they merge into mail, they show in lists.
